Introduction
Tunnel Furnace is a continuous thermal processing system used for heating materials like ingot molds to high temperatures. It features heating elements that ensure uniform heat distribution as materials pass through the furnace. After heating, the materials move into a cooling tunnel to gradually reduce the temperature, preventing thermal shock. Tunnel furnaces are widely used in industries requiring consistent thermal treatment for large quantities of materials, offering efficiency and precise temperature control.
Application
Suitable for industrial production and process pilot testing, demonstration, and scientific research of new energy (lithium/sodium positive and negative electrode materials)+ceramic powder materials+chemical powders under air/oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere conditions.
Technical Parameter
- High precision fitting of product process curve, uniform temperature field control, and temperature;
- The application of independently developed mold forming materials that are heat-resistant, oxidation resistant, and alkali resistant, with modular design, strong durability, and easy maintenance;
- The uniquely developed thermal and furnace atmosphere design can effectively meet the sintering process of positive and negative electrode materials for lithium/sodium batteries, achieve effective emission of volatile media, reduce pollution, and meet the multiple needs of product process and quality;
- The special furnace architecture and atmosphere layout, combined with heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials and the application of new insulation materials, effectively improve temperature control stability, temperature field uniformity, atmosphere uniformity, product consistency, high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with traditional industrial heat treatment equipment, the energy-saving rate can reach 20-25%;
