Exhaust gas treatment furnace is an essential piece of equipment used alongside kilns during the thermal treatment of lithium and sodium battery electrode materials. It efficiently processes exhaust gases generated during kiln operations by channeling them through pipelines into the furnace, ensuring clean and efficient production.
This equipment utilizes advanced in-furnace natural gas or electric heating technology for precise temperature control, achieving optimal thermal uniformity in the heating area. A dedicated external fan supplements the in-furnace air supply, with a gas flow meter for accurate gas flow management, allowing for efficient in-line treatment of exhaust gases, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced during the kiln's thermal treatment process. An exhaust fan positioned at the furnace’s backend is regulated via a PLC-controlled variable-speed drive, balancing the furnace, kiln, and exhaust treatment system.
We design each exhaust gas treatment furnace based on the kiln's material throughput and the total volume of volatile exhaust gases to ensure reduced pollutant emissions, protecting both equipment and the environment.
