Introduction

Automated conveyor line is a crucial material handling solution used in conjunction with kilns for the thermal treatment of lithium and sodium battery electrode materials. This automated conveyor equipment efficiently transports materials requiring thermal treatment through various production stages, optimizing material handling and reducing labor costs. With flexible conveyor system designs, the equipment adapts to different product lines and production layouts. We design different automated material handling solutions based on the performance characteristics and capacity requirements of kiln-treated materials to optimize investment and operating costs. These solutions include single-station degassing compaction loading, lift-and-tilt unloading, robotic grabbing and unloading, as well as material preparation before thermal treatment, such as leveling, scoring, and post-treatment pre-crushing by shield tunneling or chunking machines. Furthermore, based on the powdered characteristics of the materials, we implement cleaning and dust removal control for different workstations to maintain a clean workshop environment. Additional control options include metal impurity management for magnetic materials and atmosphere and dew point control tailored to the specific characteristics of each treated material.
